Meet the Shariah advisory board behind every product

«Shariah-compliant» is an easy label to print and a hard standard to keep. Here is how the keeping works at Halal Cash.
The board
Three independent scholars with backgrounds spanning fiqh al-muamalat, modern capital markets and consumer protection. Independence is structural: their contracts prohibit any bonus tied to product launches, and their rulings are binding — a veto is a veto.
What review looks like
Every product starts with a structure memo the board dissects — before a line of code.
Approved structures get an annual flow audit: where every unit of money actually travelled.
Findings are published in the yearly transparency report, including the uncomfortable ones.
If a feature can't survive the board's questions, it doesn't ship. Twice now, it hasn't.
